Due to a tax-filing error by my previous company, I had to go into Qual-I-Tax to amend my 2014 tax return - ugh! To my delight, Valerie saw me early, was prepared and SO polite. After a quick review of the paperwork sent by my previous company, she recalled the issue and showed me how she caught the error before filing in 2014.
