He Told me to get my Firewood somewhere else , after they gave me the wrong information about the Cost of Stacking !
Keep away from this place that is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen in Anne Arundel County

Do not purchase patio furniture from them! After spending $2500 on a set that chipped after one month they refused to honor the warranty on the product. They told me I had to go through the manufacturer, the manufacturer said they wouldn't honor it because Arnold Farms delivered it. So after much run around I would of been better of buying something at Home Depot for way less.
On the other hand The young Lady I dealt with on the phone was very nice and professional !
I heard the customer service was bad, i was very pleased with the manners of the young men who came out and took care of my property. I reccomend using this place, especially the free delivery.
And mind you that was AFTER they had already charged my Debit Card !!!!
Stopped by today for mums and pumpkins. The man and woman working very nice and carried my items to my car. They have some cute fall items. Was pleasantly surprised! Customer service great! I will be back!
She apologized profusely for the Managers rude Behavior!
