It makes me sad to give such a low review. I have always liked Pizza Bolis, but tonight was awful. They forgot the mayo, fried onions, and sweet peppers. Talk about a dried out sub.just some crumbly dried out steak um, and of all things, romane lettuce instead of iceberg. With a small piece of tomatoe. Usually they have really good subs. Hope this is not going to be the new norm. Come on Pizza Bolis you can do better then this!!
Edit: after going to the store and not even being offered any sort of compensation for what happened and getting the most insincere apology I've ever heard I have no desire to return to this location.
Terrible service... I ordered a sub, pizza and a drink totaled to be $21 gave the driver $25, he didn't ask if I wanted change or thank me assuming it was a tip... he handed me my food and left out my drink, gave me someone else's Pepsi after I ordered a Sierra mist, than furiously beat on the door for ten minutes to get it back realizing it was someone else's! Not so friendly, I opened the door and demanded my change back and called his manager in front of him who told me he would redeliver my drink, 45 minutes later there's no drink and I had water with my sub. Never again! Customer service is terrible and the quality of the food is below satisfactory. I could've taken my $20 to Safeway and bought steakumms and fries and made a better meal for myself
Waited about an hour and a half for my order to arrive. Once it finally go here, we received the wrong size soda and to top it off my sub was burnt. I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to leave my house but ended up having too anyway because I refuse to pay for something that I can't even eat. Only reason I gave two stars was because the gentleman who delivered was very kind.
